Participation processes, Moderation and Event Management

To successfully design strategy and change processes, it is important to develop tailor-made participation processes that ensure that all relevant stakeholders and groups of actors are involved in the processes and that their concerns, wishes and ideas are heard. This requires the design of interwoven monitoring, creative and work processes that offer the opportunity to develop, substantiate and realise ideas in an iterative process between decision-makers and participants.
We have an extensive repertoire of methods for designing such participatory processes, based on the principles of systemic counselling and organisational development as well as facilitation. We use different forms of collaborative and creative work, always geared to the topic and the objectives of the participatory processes and the respective events. In addition to preparing and following up on the content and facilitating the events, we also provide event management services.
Furthermore, we organise and carry out specialist, networking and discussion events at EU, national and federal state level as part of research projects or on direct commission. At regional level, in addition we also plan, organise and facilitate specialist events, workshops and working groups.
Our clients include the European Commission, federal ministries or subordinate institutions, state ministries, regional authorities and regional organisations.
