Participation processes, Moderation and Event Management

We organise specialist, networking and discussion events at EU, federal and state level as part of research projects or on a direct behalf. We also plan, organise and moderate specialist events, workshops and working groups at regional level. These are usually integrated into more comprehensive participation and change processes designed by us.

We have an extensive repertoire of methods at our disposal, which is used in orientation to the topic and objective of the event or the participation process. In addition to event management and moderation, we also take care of the content-related preparation and follow-up of the events.

Our clients are the European Commission, federal ministries and offices, state ministries, local authorities and regional organisations.
