As part of this workshop, we would like to present findings and proposed solutions for bio-regional value chains in communal catering for vegetables. We would also like to discuss with you what knowledge gaps remain from both a practical and a scientific perspective.
The workshop is aimed at those with an interest in the fields of communal kitchens and catering, production, trade, marketing and administration, as well as researchers and value chain managers.
