IfLS Beratung und Projekte GmbH is assisting the Bergstraße-Odenwald Geo-Nature Park with the interim evaluation of its management plan.
In 2020, the Bergstraße-Odenwald Geo-Nature Park adopted a Geo-Nature Park Plan in the form of a management plan. Based on a thorough and action-area-specific status and SWOT analysis for the 11 action areas of the Geo-Nature Park, this plan developed a regionally coordinated mission statement, as well as medium- and long-term goals and flagship projects, and formulated an implementation concept.
IfLS Beratung und Projekte GmbH is working with the Geo-Nature Park to review the status of implementation and the achievement of the management plan’s objectives to date through a document and data analysis. Conclusions and recommendations for action regarding the further development of the GNP’s work and the management plan will also be drawn.
The results of the interim evaluation will be presented by Dr. Gehrlein at a meeting of the steering committee in the fall of 2025.
