In order to be recognised as a LEADER region, the territorial settings in Saxony-Anhalt go through a selection process. IfLS Beratung und Projekte GmbH has been commissioned to support the selection process. In detail, the assignment includes the following processing steps:
- Development of an evaluation concept for a quality competition
- Coaching of all 26 applicant regions
- Assessment of the competition entries on the basis of the assessment concept
- Preparation of a catalogue of criteria for the distribution of funds within the financial orientation framework (FOR)
- Moderation of the selection committee
