The Slow Food Youth Network (SFYN), as part of the OnFarm project, has released a series of podcasts offering valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of short food chains. Through the content, the project aims to inspire farmer:ing for successful food processing and farm-to-table marketing. All episodes are now available on the project website.
The episodes feature farmers and experts from the Netherlands, Spain, the Czech Republic and Germany, among others, who share their experiences and insights into the development of short chains. The episodes present stories, tips and tricks from farmers who have set up their own processing and direct marketing on their own farms or in cooperation with others.
The IfLS supported one episode with a report on Hofgut Kapellenhof, an organic sheep dairy in the Wetterau region.
