The Erasmus+ project "Niche Market Farming" aims to promote old varieties and thus the biodiversity of the cultivated crops. This is supposed to be attractive in particular for small and medium-sized farms through premium marketing as well as organic farming or protected designations of origin.
Within the framework of the project, information and learning materials on these topics are being developed and gradually published on the project website. The material is available free of charge and, in addition to German, are also available in English, Italian, Polish and Spanish.
