Joint projects for sustainability: steering groups in action!

In the municipality of Deidesheim on 5 October 2023 and in the city of Speyer as part of the Sustainable Speyer round table on 27 September 2023, the steering groups in the "Global Sustainable Municipality Palatinate" project met for the last time to set the course for a sustainable future.

Since the end of 2022, the participating municipalities have set up internal core teams and prepared the workshops together with IfLS Consulting and Projects. Part of the steering groups are representatives from business, society and administration.

During an inspiring Galary Walk in Speyer and in Deidesheim, innovative project ideas for our globally sustainable municipalities were developed through intensive joint work.

The municipality of Sprendlingen-Gensingen is also nearing the finishing line. Although a final workshop is planned for December, the committed members of the core team have already actively developed the key content for a sustainable future.

The project comes to an end at the end of the year. Some ideas have already been started or are in preparation. The aim is to shape a sustainable future for the municipalities.
