Pilot project

We provide, support and do research on the development and implementation of model projects in rural areas. The focus is always on central regional issues and the transferability of findings to other thematic fields. Regional solution strategies are designed, innovative approaches are developed and tested. The experience gained from the model projects flow directly into our consulting services, expertises or specialist events.

Our clients are federal ministries or subordinate institutions as well as regional authorities and organisations.
