IfLS has been commissioned to carry out the ex-ante evaluation of the future rural development programme of Baden-Württemberg for 2014-2020 including the strategic environmental assessment (SEA).
The ex-ante evaluation shall contribute to improving the quality and the design of the rural development programme and to assessing, if the desired objectives and intentions could be reached. As an accompanying process the ex-ante evaluation is embedded in the development of the programme. This includes the assessment of the socio-economic analysis and of the SWOT-analysis, accompanying the elaboration of the intervention logic of the programme and the definition of programme objectives and refers to all contents of the development programme.
In the framework of this project, IfLS is cooperating with several partners.
