The TOOLS4CAP project started with a two-day meeting of all project partners in Brussels on February 13-14, 2023.
The overall objective of the project is to support EU member states in the design, implementation and monitoring of National Strategic Plans for a sustainable Common Agricultural Policy. TOOLS4CAP aims to provide tailored, ready-to-use quantitative and qualitative methodologies - including modeling tools, participatory decision-making and multi-governance tools, and new data use and monitoring strategies. The project will use 10 case studies to demonstrate the potential of various innovative solutions that can address a wide range of needs.
In the project coordinated by ECORYS Brussels, IfLS is leading the work package on participatory decision-making and multi-governance tools. How the different work packages are interrelated, the cooperation with the Commission and next steps were discussed at the meeting in Brussels
