The LEADER region Erbeskopf is putting its previous activities and results to the test

In October, the LEADER region Erbeskopf held a workshop with the members of the LAG (Local Action Group) for the interim evaluation of the new regional development process launched in 2015. Approximately 30 participants discussed strategy, objectives and previous projects, the organisation of the regional partnership as well as cooperation and networking in various (supra-)regional contexts at theme islands. Based on a short review of what has been achieved so far, the future focal points of LEADER's work were eyed.

The IfLS was entrusted with the implementation of the workshop. In addition to the results of the workshop, the IfLS carried out an evaluation of the survey of all LAG members as well as a document and data analysis of the LAG's work to date. The recommendations for action resulting from this as well as from the joint discussions serve the LAG to further develop its Local Integrated Rural Development Strategy (LILE) and to adapt the regional work and networking process.
