On 05 November 2018, the members of the Zweckverband Naturpark Taunus adopted the newly prepared Nature Park Plan.
The IfLS supported the development of the Nature Park Plan in close cooperation with the Secretariat, the members of the Executive Board and stakeholders from the region. The Nature Park has set itself objectives which it will pursue over the next 10 years in the thematic areas of "sustainable regional development", "sustainable development" and "sustainable development". Sustainable tourism and local recreation", "Education for sustainable development" and "Nature conservation and cultural landscape". In addition to existing activities, further and new tasks have been added. In order to secure and strengthen the administrative structures, corresponding objectives are also reflected with regard to management activities and the organisation of nature park work.
