New application round for innovative agricultural projects in Rhineland-Palatinate

On November 20, 2019, the EAFRD Managing Authority launched the 3rd call for proposals for the establishment of Operational Groups (OG) under EIP-Agri in Rhineland-Palatinate. Interested parties were informed about the 3rd call for proposals at an information event held on 12 February 2020 at the "Dienstleistungszentrum Ländlicher Raum Rheinhessen-Nahe-Hunsrück" in Oppenheim. In addition to clarifying questions on funding aspects and the presentation of the already approved OG "Animal welfare - through innovative feeding concept for pigs", the IfLS, as innovation service provider (IDL) for Rhineland-Palatinate, presented the support and consulting offer for EIP-Agri.

With the 3rd call for funding, a total of 3 million euro of EAFRD and state funds will be made available for the development of innovations to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of Rhineland-Palatinate's agriculture, forestry and food industry. The application deadline for potential OGs is May 31st, 2020.

Further information on the 3rd call for proposals in Rhineland-Palatinate can be found here.

As in the 2nd call for proposals, the IfLS supports and accompanies the EAFRD administrative authority and, above all, potential OGs in the formulation of innovation projects as well as in the search for partners and networking in the context of the 3rd call for proposals. In addition to Rhineland-Palatinate, the IfLS also acts as IDL for EIP-Agri in Hesse and Saxony-Anhalt.
