On June 2 2022, the big kick-off event for the nature park planning took place in the beautiful Wandelhalle in the middle of the health resort in Bad Wildungen in the Kellerwald-Edersee nature park. Over the next few months, the IfLS will support the nature park in the preparation of its new nature park plan. After a short presentation of the planning process and the fields of action, the participants were able to get started in the contribution phase.
In the open space workshop, all participants were able to visit the topic tables on the fields of action of their choice and identify which goals the nature park should strive for in these areas. After the first collection of ideas, a more intensive work on the initial development of a guiding principle for the fields of action took place at the respective tables.
After the event, project proposals for the nature park can be submitted via a QR code. The management of the nature park is also looking forward to the nature park festival on 3 July 2022, to which all those are interested are invited.
