IfLS on tour: project visit and reflection workshop in Tsalka

After a two-year break from Corona, we were finally able to support our partners in the Emprace Tsalka project on site again.

During a backstopping visit, we visited LEADER projects in the region. These included a guesthouse at Tsalka Canyon, a small bakery, a smartphone repair service, a tailor shop and a newly established music and art school. We also gained exciting insights into LEADER-funded projects such as the digital equipment of a village school, a hydroponic plant for barley seedling production, an irrigation system and a yoghurt production facility.

In a reflection workshop, we took a look at what has been achieved so far in the fields of action of the Tsalka LAG (Local Action Group). Much has been accomplished and much is still to be done. Therefore, we have intensively dealt with the further structures after the end of the project. It is important to distribute the future tasks on the shoulders of volunteers.
