Digital participation in rural regional development - new DigiBeL project website

Starting now, the new website of the BULE project 'Perspectives and possible applications of digital participation procedures in rural regional development' (DigiBeL) informs about the progress of the work. It provides background information in German and English, presents the various work modules and reports on current developments, for example in a planned online survey with actors from rural regional development or in the subsequent case studies in various regions under investigation.

Interested parties can find the website under this link.

In the DigiBeL project (2020-2023), the partners, the Institute for Rural Structural Research (IfLS) and the Institute for Media Research (IMF) at Chemnitz University of Technology, are investigating how digital methods can be used in processes of rural regional development and how analogue and digital approaches can be combined sensibly and efficiently.

The project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture within the framework of the Federal Rural Development Scheme (BULE).
