1st EIP-Agri funding call launched in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany

On 31 March 2023, the EAFRD Managing Authority launched the 1st funding call for the submission of project proposals for the establishment of Operational Groups (OG) under EIP-Agri in Rhineland-Palatinate (Germany). During an event in Mainz on 29 November 2022, interested parties were informed about the funding call. In addition to clarifying questions on technical aspects of funding, a summary of the results of the previous funding period was also drawn.

With the 1st funding call, a total of 5 million euros of EAFRD and state funds will be made available for the development of innovations to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of Rhineland-Palatinate's agriculture, forestry and food industry. The  deadline for potential OGs to apply is 28 July 2023.

More information and all required application documents are available here on the pages of the Ministry of Economy, Transport, Agriculture and Viticulture [link in german].

As during the 2014-2020 funding period, the IfLS again supports and accompanies both the EAFRD Managing Authority and potential OGs in the process of designing the innovation projects, as well as in the search for partners and networks. In addition to Rhineland-Palatinate, the IfLS also acts as an innovation service provider for EIP-Agri in Hesse and Saxony-Anhalt.
