Description of the project
Ex-ante evaluation studies of the Community Support Frameworks 1994-99 in Objective 5b Regions in Hesse
The analysis is based on the jointly developed conceptual approach to analyse and assess EU financial interventions in rural areas. Along the priority axis of interventions through the EU´s structural funds, the study aims at assessing possible policy impacts in relation to the main objectives of the rural and regional development context for the federal state of Hesse.
